The Fleet managed by MTM PL, currently consists of five Bitumen Tankers, two IMO 2 Chemical Tankers, two LPG Tankers and a Product Tanker. The BITU ATLANTIC, dwt 50805 mt is the world’s biggest bitumen carrier, followed by the BITU EXPRESS, with dwt 49282 mt.
MTM PL is a progressive organization, keeping pace with improving technologies. Within the current fleet are four vessels installed with Diesel Electric Propulsion. The Company is working together with its parent group RUBIS, in identifying ways to reduce GHG emissions, and is exploring the options for using cleaner sources of energy, that will help reduce the carbon footprint of the Fleet. The BITU ATLANTIC and BITU EXPRESS are both fitted with Scrubbers.
