Responsibilities

  • The QHSE Assistant is responsible for:
  • Provide general support and Assistance to QHSE Manager / QHSE Sr. Executive with monitoring of QHSE activities.
  • Assist in QHSE audits produce audit reports and follow up any actions.
  • Provide administrative support to the QHSE team. Perform data entry (e.g. internal audits, external audits, PSC reports, etc.), documentation, printing and filling duties.
  • Assist in the identification of need and preparation of risk assessments, compliance and training of staff, Manage and distribute QHSE documents to the vessel & office.
  • Assist in Consolidating and preparing Quarterly and Yearly Management Review data and Presentations.
  • Assist in preparatory works in QHSE when the company is taking delivery of new vessels either yard delivery & existing vessels. Disseminating new directives/information to vessels.
  • Assist for Audit & preparation of Office DOC – ISM
  • In charge of the safekeeping of publications & Charts for office use. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Liaise with Supervisors in the various departments to ensure that reports required by HSE are prepared in a timely manner and also review the reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensuring month-end documents are received from all vessels
    Summarizing and identifying the trends, resulting from the review of such records
